Spend a creative and relaxed time crafting an ancestral art of the Native American people!

Dream catchers have been woven since ancient times by the Ojibwa people. They used it to trap the confusing bad dreams in its web until the sunrise evaporated them and to descend the clear good dreams through the feathers. The slightest movement of the feathers indicated the passage of yet another beautiful dream. They were woven by the grandfathers and grandmothers for newborn children and hung above the cradleboard to give the infants peaceful, beautiful dreams.

Good to Know

You will first learn to weave a web in hoops and then learn techniques to design and decorate your handmade dreamcatcher with feathers, strings and beads.

At the end, you will walk away with a fully complete protective charm that can be used to decorate your home and inspire you!

Had such a great time learning about lino printing. It was a really relaxing hour and I'm so happy with the results!

I loved my session with Token Studio- the lesson was structured really well- really detailed and easy to understand technic training and excellent explanation of how I could apply my knowledge to making my own at home. I came away with the confidence to have a go on my own.

    Loved it !

I've always wanted to make candles and was surprised how easy it was to do with the guidance of the Token Studio team.

The studio has a good selection of moulds to work with, as well as coloured crystals to give the candles a different look, as well as a selection of essential oil scents.

The only negative I would give is the rushed setup to prepare for the workshop. It felt slightly unorganised, but once we started, everything fell into place.

Me and my mum had a lovely day at Token studio making candles - the host was lovely and we were the only ones there and got lots of attention!

We made two candles each which were kindly posted to us as we didn't have time to wait around for them to cool.

I'd definitely go back again and try one of their other classes - lots of other things on offer!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the token studio for the candle workshop. The teacher had great knowledge of candle making, different styles, incorporating pressed flowers and the use of essential oils. It was relaxing and educational and inspiring to make more at home!
